Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging, as we cannot accept returns for food or drink items that have been opened due to health and safety regulations.

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team or visit our Eilat storefront with your order number and receipt to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization.

  Return the Merchandise

  Bring the items back to our physical store in Eilat or ship them back to us securely packed to prevent breakage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days, excluding shipping costs.
